Return Policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
If the return is caused by the consumer, he should be responsible for the freight charge. The specific fee must be based on the express company you choose.

If, for our reasons, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not obliged to bear the freight for that reason.

There is no charge for a restocking fee from consumers for returning a product.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email with a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a specified number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be officially published. Then, contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and have not yet received a refund, please contact us at service@teepeen.com.
